We offer several adjusting techniques including : Diversified, Thompson drops, flexion/distraction, and Koren Specific Technique.  Our adjustments are very gentle yet extremely effective.  Our goal is to provide you the most effective yet gentle adjustment available to help you heal.

1. onsite physiotherapy modalities including ultrasound, electrical muscle stim, cervical decompression therapy, and intersegmental traction.  We also use laser light therapy and microcurrent. We strive to have all of the latest most effective therapies available in our office.

2. custom orthotics to help stabilize your spine by stabilizing your feet.

3. nutrional supplements - often aches and pains are caused by an imbalanced diet  and we work to have proven nurtrional supplements to correct that imbalance.
